Epiphany imports needs most fossil fuels for immediate import to USA. Seller must provide POP to buyer and we will in turn provide LOI. All communication must be concise and contracts must provide clause for 500,000 (pounds uk) damages to be held in escrow for breach due to non-delivery. English language contracts only. Seller must provide FOB and insurance to seller.
